As the head of Financial Operations, Amran is charged with the responsibility of leading the company’s financial strategies and overall operations. Amran holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He brings five years of experience in retail and management to the group. In these years, he was directly in charge of all Human Resources, Accounting, operations, and legal matters. He has extensive experience in financial analysis and preparing financial reports, statements, and managing investment portfolios. Furthermore, he facilitated conversions and remodels of gas stations and restaurants. Amran brings extensive knowledge in property management, specifically maintenance for residential and commercial properties. Through his experience working with EY he spent considerable amounts of time preparing audits for major public companies and guiding them through the auditing process. Coming from a family of business owners, Amran has gained relevant experience that has helped him thrive in his current position. As a professional, he is committed to assisting clients get the best value in every transaction, no matter the level or type. He employs diligence and a skill set to deliver results to each type of customer, ranging from your everyday home buyer to investors and developers. His customer-driven approach, coupled with his passion for Real Estate, helps him serve the company with great pride.
